Cut the chocolate into 1cm thick pieces and add carefully mix into the dough
100 grams Milk Chocolate, 100 grams Dark Chocolate
Lay a baking tray with a baking sheet.Divide the dough into 14 equal parts and shape them into balls. Put the balls onto the baking tray and flatten them a little.
Bake the double chocolate cookies at 200° Celsius for about 10 minutes.HINT: The double chocolate cookies will still look quite soft after 10 minutes of baking. Take the cookies out of the oven anyway, they will harden as they cool down and still remain nice and soft on the inside.
